DI Box – Passive
The Hybrid DA-10 is an active direct-inject box which is one of the most useful and versatile tools available to interface various audio equipment in numerous ways.
The DA-10 primary function is to convert a high-impedance unbalanced signal to a low-impedance balanced signal, allowing the connection of musical instruments to be connected to microphone preamplifiers or to run an audio signal over a long cable length with minimal losses. It is also often used within the DJ industry as an interface between unbalanced and balanced DJ gear.
The DA-10 offers many useful features such as a ground lift switch, eliminating earth loops & hum, two attenuation switches preventing the input from clipping and can be powered by either a 9V battery or Phantom power.
The DA-10 is a robust and reliable tool, housed in a solid metal casing, and finished off with a blue powder coating.
